Join local cheesemaker Aditya Raghavan of Fleur Jaune Cheese for a gourmet cheese tasting experience.
You'll sample a number of quality cheeses and learn about how they differ based on technique, milk, climate and terrain. Aditya will also demonstrate some small-batch cheese making of recipes he currently produces for his brand, Fleur Jaune, at Meuwly's deli.
The class will also include some tips and pairings to build your perfect cheese platter.
