Royal Glenora Club's Take & Heat BBQ Kit

Memphis Style St. Louis Pork Ribs (GF)
House Rhubarb BBQ Sauce
Cider Brined Chicken Drumsticks (GF)
Andouille Sausage (GF)
Maple Baked Beans (GF, V)
Cabbage Slaw (GF, V)
Southern Bread Pudding with Toffee Sauce (V)


1. The Ribs, Chicken, Sausage, and Beans will take 1.5 - 2 hours to reheat in a 200F oven. The Bread Pudding will take 30-60 minutes at 200F. Serve the Coleslaw chilled, and the BBQ sauce at room temp. Note: These Black food containers are oven safe at 200F.

  1. 2. Heat the beans in the oven with lids on. Open and stir after one hour, then replace lid and continue heating.
  3. 3. Heat the chicken, sausage, and ribs with the lids off.
  5. 4. Heat the bread pudding (30-60 min.) with lids on.
  7. 5. For dessert, transfer the toffee sauce to a microwave-safe container. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat another 30 seconds. Pour over the bread pudding and enjoy!

2. Charcuterie and cheese always taste their best if allowed to warm up slightly before serving - so let your board sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.

3. Add some extras to your board with your favorite breads, nuts, fresh fruits or veggies, sauces, or jams!

Highlands Golf Club Brisket Kit

Highlands Smoked Beef Brisket in BBQ Sauce
Prune Relish

To reheat the Brisket:

  • 1. Pull out the foil wrapped brisket from the fridge at last an hour before you plan to eat.
  • 2. Set your grill up with a with your gas burners on medium heat.
  • 3. Put your foil-wrapped brisket in the medium heat until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 155°F, (20- 25 minutes.)
  • 4. Unwrap the brisket and finish it off around 5-10 minutes. Make sure you check that the internal temperature has reached 165°F before serving.
