Cheese Tasting Experience with Fleur Jaune


Join local cheesemaker Aditya Raghavan of Fleur Jaune Cheese for a gourmet cheese tasting experience.

You'll sample 15+ quality cheeses and learn about how they differ based on technique, milk, climate and terrain. Enjoy Addie's depth of knowledge and fun approach to food science. The class will also include some tips and pairings to curate your perfect cheese platter. You'll also receive two wine pairings (18+ only, proof of ID will be required for service.) 

About the Maker: Aditya Raghavan’s journey into cheese making has taken him far and wide. He starting making cheese during the pandemic out of Meuwlys but his association with cheese has been ongoing for about ten years now. He cut his teeth working a summer on a sheep farm in Kitscoty, Alberta, and then went on to train with cheese makers in Italy and France. He’s a traveling cheese consultant having consulted with farms in India, Canada and the US.
