This Public Drop features your choice of a Drift Meal Kit featuring Buttermilk Fried Chicken (approx. 6 pc, $38) or Falafel, (15 pc, $33) both frozen, heat and serve at home, plus a bottle of Drift's famous Aji Sauce and a jar of their Spice Rub. Just add roasted potatoes or your favourite side dish and you have a quick and delicious meal featuring one of the neighbourhood's most beloved food trucks and 124 Grand Market staple!

Drift Food Truck has been serving globally inspired obsessions to the happy eaters of Edmonton since 2011. Kara, Nevin, and their team offer a small, but deliberate and delicious menu seasonally from 'Drifty' (their affectionally named truck), and when the snow starts to fall you can find Drift in the Shamrock Curling Club or during the summer season at 124 Grand Market as one of the OG mobile eateries on the street!
