Charcuterie boards are a delicious, social, and elegant way to entertain guests and show off your creative flair - this hands-on charcuterie experience is the perfect way to learn more about the local meats, cheeses, and garnishes you can find in the Edmonton area to curate your perfect board.
You’ll start the evening with drinks and snacks. Then, chef Peter Keith, co-founder of Meuwly’s, will guide you through ingredient pairings, presentation tips, and the overall philosophy of quality charcuterie in an upbeat and approachable setting. You’ll build a board for two, and then sit down to enjoy it with wine and conversation to finish out the evening.
