Join the dumpling extraordinaire Mai Nguyen February 26, 2023 at 5:00 PM for a hands-on cooking lesson where you eat what you make! Mai will lead you through making Malloreddus Campidanese, a sardinian semolina pasta with sausage ragu, from start to finish.
Vegetarian? No problem! A tomato butter sauce is available too for no additional cost.
Wine and cocktail pairings will be available for an additional cost at the venue.
