Cheddar: This semi-firm cheese is aged for 90 days, giving a rich, creamy texture and a mild nutty flavour.
Cultured Butter: Farm fresh cultured butter that can be used in any dish, and perfect for baking.
Clothbound Cheddar: Made in the old-world traditional style; hand-wrapped with cheesecloth then sealed with wax and aged for a minimum of 1 year. An excellent pairing to a charcuterie board.
Produced in Sturgeon County, Alberta, Lakeside Farmstead use their own single-sourced milk, offering sustainably produced, high quality products for you to enjoy.
